• If you decide to return your PureBliss mattress, we pay for the return shipping and you receive a full, 100% mattress refund, with no additional fees of any kind (in the contiguous U.S. only). There is an outbound shipping charge of $199 built into the price of each mattress that is non-refundable, should you decide to return it.
• Your 120 Night Trial begins upon Invoice Date and Overnight Mattress must be informed of any exchange or return 7 (seven) days prior to the end of your trial period.
• We cover the cost of shipping on the first exchange (within contiguous U.S. only)
• There is no limit to the number of exchanges during the 120 Nights
• We arrange the return shipping, making the process hassle free

In the event of a return, you are only responsible for repacking the mattress so that it reaches our factory in good, clean condition. We do not provide the tape, plastic bags and cardboard boxes necessary for thorough repacking. In the event of a return, you do not need to fold or re-compress your bed. You will simply need to cover the mattress in plastic and cardboard for a safe return trip. Please see our Return Policy for complete details. This 120 Night In-Home Trial does not apply to mattresses purchased in the Clearance Bin.
