Here are my comments about the the PureBliss 12-Inch Bamboo Memory Foam Mattress # 5 that I received one week ago from Overnight Mattress.

I like it very much. I have owned the highly advertised adjustable air bed, and I have owned several other mattresses. But, I confidently say that this memory foam mattress by Overnight is the most comfortable I have ever slept on. 1. My wife tells me that I don't toss and turn as much as I use to and I know I don't. 2. However I lay, I don't excessively feel any part (shoulder blades, calves, elbows, knees, shoulders) of my body like I did on other mattresses, because I am equally supported throughout. 3. It is the most temperature neutral and least humidity trapping bed that I have ever slept on. 4. I now look forward to going to bed and sleeping on it and I wake up more rested then I ever did on my other mattresses.

Bamboo Memory Foam Mattress. My wife and I order this mattress just after Christmas of 2009 and it shipped promptly. After sleeping on it for a few nights both of us agreed that we felt bruised and that the mattress with the bamboo cover was just too hard. We called customer service and they suggested we unzip the top cover so that we would be directly on the foam. What we found when we unzipped the cover was shocking. Their were holes and stains throughout the memory foam and we found hair and what appeared to be grass around the cover. We took pictures and sent them in to customer service and they said they were shocked as well. They gave us the option to trade it out and retain the comfort guarantee for the remaining nights, or they said they would upgrade us to the Bamboo Royale at no cost but we would forfeit the remainer of the guarantee. We opted for the latter. We were told it would ship out over a week ago, but to date, no one will respond to our calls or e-mails and we have received no shipping information. We are upset at the poor quality of the mattress and customer service. We are still waiting in hopes to resolve this problem, and I will post another message to inform you all of what happens.

My husband and I have been sleeping on the bamboo mattress for over a year now and I love it. He wishes we would of got a little bit firmer one but this is the one I like. We were going from a waterbed to this so it was a very big change for us. we had been looking at mattress's for awhile and we just did not like the coil mattress at all. We looked the Tempur- pedic but they are just so pricey that we couldn't see spending that kind of money on a mattress. So I went online and stumbled onto this website and was amazed how cheap they were and you could try it out and if you didn't like it you could send it back. WOW so we ordered after doing some research and reading other reviews about the company.

The order process was so easy and they are so friendly on the phone. The mattress came it was in such a small package I couldn't believe that it was a CAL King but we opened it over the top of our bed and sure enough it expanded just like they say it will.

My review is for the bamboo style mattress. I bought this mattress a year ago and think I am familiar with it enough to write an educated review. First impression can be sometimes deceiving, especially for a mattress. Most mattresses can feel good for the first few days even weeks, it's the long run that reveals the winners from the losers. Take my word for it, this mattress is a winner. Let me count the ways. I suffered from back pain that required me to visit a chiropractor a few times; once I started using this mattress, it was all gone. I know it sounds like a commercial but it is not, this is for real. Your sleeping area will seem much larger because you can sleep close to the edges without feeling like you are going to fall; the surface support is constant wherever you are. No more turning and twisting, you just sleep good through the whole night. You will start looking forward to going to bed. This company is very smart. I had researched the subject for months before I actually bought it and found out that their price/value ratio is the best in the market. How do they do it? Well, my take is that they took the fanciness out of it and give you a product that is no-nonsense. Realize that they only offer one or two basic mattresses and different covers that goes with them. After reading dozens of pages, I realized why. Studies show that 90 % of people will like their formula. There is about 5% who would like it firmer and about 5% who would like softer, so they cut a lot of costs by going after the big segment. If you are in these 5% you still might get away with it by getting a different cover, like I had to do for my wife, she prefers it with the bamboo cover. Doesn't make any difference to me.

There is only one problem, but it can be easily fixed for about 20 bucks. The versiflex foundation box is the only weakness. To fix it you need to construct two more rails like the center rail that it comes with and add one on each side to support the whole structure evenly. Once you do, you are in for a luxurious night sleep. Without this you are only 80% there. This requires very rudimentary tools and minimal skills. Only wish the company would have done it itself. I purchased the Bamboo Memory Foam Mattress (comfort #4) and weigh around 200 pounds. This is important info because I find the mattress to be soft and my girlfriend (110 pounds) doesn't think it's so soft. She does say it is very comfortable though. My children love it as well. I have waited for just about a year before I gave my review. I'm glad I did because at first I found the mattress to be very comfortable but also found it to be hot at times. After the first couple of months I found that the sweating ceased and the comfort increased. I have a very bad back and I have to say that since I've slept on this mattress I've not had any problems. I have no complaints what-so-ever and I believe it is the best purchase I've ever made. Also, the tech support was very good and delivery was just as they said it would be. Be sure to have help when it is delivered because it is hard to handle by yourself. You will not be disappointed.

Let' s just say Wow... We bought three of your mattress's for our vacation home and we and anyone who sleeps in them love them. We have since bought a fourth upgrading from a queen to a king. We just love going to the house to to get a chance to sleep in it because it is so comfortable.

We have the more expensive competitors foam mattress's at our main home but we like yours just as well and maybe better.

The speed of the shipping was great and the packaging is neat, just cut open and watch the mattress expand like an inflatable boat. How you get such big mattress's into those size boxes is amazing. The optional base with the unrolling slats is a really great idea it goes together in a flash and is super strong.

My husband and I have found our new mattresses to be comfortable and easy to sleep on. It's also nice that the bed doesn't reverberate movement from one person to the other person. The customer service was excellent. Delivery very fast. However, the foundation did ship after the mattress; making me wait to put the bed totally together. The mattress is very good overall. I seem to sleep more soundly and do not have to reposition myself as often as with my old mattress. I read that some people perspired a lot with the foam mattresses. I have noticed that myself. Not sure if it's me or my hormones! So, I will not say the mattress is at fault here. I do like the fact that the mattress rises to meet your body. If feels great on your back when you first get in. Very supportive for a foam mattress. Even if I sit on the edge to put my shoes on; it supports me just like a spring mattress. I am thinking of someday changing the top layer to the next level. I bought my mattress because it was USA made. I like the way it is made. I bought it because I have lower back pain. On a coil spring mattress, I could not sleep because of sharp back pains. I had to have an egg crate mattress between me and the other mattress because of the fabric texture being too rough. I liked getting the mattress cover, sheets, pillows just for buying the mattress. Just wanted to relate our experience with this mattress. We have had the mattress about a month. In a discussion with my husband last night, he commented that his snoring had subsided. I thought it was due to the usual anti-snore spray and pills he uses nightly (with limited success, depending on how tired he is). In the past, his snoring has caused me to sleep occasionally on the couch in the living room. He told me he has not used either the spray or pills since we began sleeping on this mattress and a memory foam pillow. He is no longer snoring!! WARNING! If you get a Pure Bliss Bamboo Mattress, you may never leave it. I don't think I've had a full night's sleep in over 5 years. Which I attributed to having a child 4 1/2 years ago. I've visited doctor's for "chronic fatigue" for two years. We purchased a platform bed last year and it has been increasingly uncomfortable. Finally, we figured out, it's the mattress! The first tried the Premier mattress and it wasn't really what I was looking for. I wanted a really soft mattress. So, I called customer service and told them my situation. They upgraded me to the Bamboo mattress for just the difference in price (no additional fees or anything) to try it. It was absolutely perfect! I can't believe the difference in the way I sleep now. It's really unbelievable. No aches or pains during the night or when I get up in the morning. I wouldn't trade it for double of what I paid, and that's the truth!

I received my mattress today. Wow!!! I just ordered it yesterday. It's much nicer than I was expecting too. It's very comfortable and I don't seem to be waking up as much at night. Thanks for the great mattress and excellent service.

I didn't realize how bad my old mattress was until I slept on my new Bamboo memory foam mattress! I lay hardwood flooring for a living and my back has hurt for years. Every morning when I would get up I was stiff. I tried chiropractors and medication until I realized that I was wasting my money on temporary solutions. I finally decided to invest in a nicer mattress and I'm so glad I did. After a few weeks of sleeping on the mattress I wake up feeling great! If I had known it would be that easy I would have done it a long time ago. I'd give this mattress 10 stars if that was an option!

I just wanted to add to your testimonials from your customers. Many times when I read testimonials from websites I don't believe half the things on there because it can sound "too good to be true." Part of me thought that might be the case with Overnight Mattress. High quality? Lowest price? And No risk trial? I thought it might just be hype. However, things were just as other customers said and all the above were true. I have looked many places for a foam mattress and never saw one this nice for this inexpensive and I got it in the mail the next day! I look forward to going to bed every night! I couldn't be a happier customer.
