I'm writing this email to let you know of my experience with overnight mattress it was very pleasant. I purchased the escape adjustable bed and the cool bamboo mattress with a protector cover for the mattress and after all the anticipation of the items it was worth each moment of drama first the delivery guy said he couldn't fit the adjustable bed in the elevator last Friday and left so next time I made it my business to be there in the lobby when they came which was the following Tuesday I asked the delivery man should the adjustable bed adjust he said no however I asked him to measure it with my tape measure knowing I had measured the elevator which was 80 inches and the box was 82 inches without the box the adjustable bed was 79 inches so I accepted the package and wow like magic as they were trying to put the bed in the elevator it adjusts down to about 60 inches and the delivery guys said I didn't know it do that MORONS I could of been sleeping in the bed last Friday so you know just open the box and the bed will fit. I finally had the best sleep I've ever experienced in my life I can't even compare it to anything because I never experienced sleep like that before and to wake up rejuvinated no backaches or pains and just to think of the countless places Ive slept all around the world nothing compares to my bed in my home my husband and I are so happy. Thank you Vlad, and especially Andrea for taking all my phone calls when I needed someone to hear my frustrations and all the rest of you who had a part into asking my questions and reassuring me of the products due to I've never purchased such a high ticket item before online. I now have 2 CoolMax mattresses from OvernightMattress.com; one RV Queen in the motor home (purchased April, 2009, Order #10174) and one king size at home (purchased August, 2009, Order #12501). Both have so-far preformed perfectly. I had been diagnosed with Scoliosis and the orthopedic doctor recommended major surgery with rods and screws to straighten the spine. I spent a ton of money on a chiropractor through March of 2009 with little help. After using the CoolMax since March 2009, my back problems have dramatically improved. I can't actually say that it was the CoolMax that did it. I have also been taking some doctor prescribed anti-inflammatory NSAIDs for a knee problem. But, I feel the memory foam mattress was the major contributor. My wife also feels that she feels much better after sleeping on the CoolMax as opposed to a conventional mattress. I do notice that the CoolMax does reflect more of your body heat than a traditional mattress. But, you quickly learn how to compensate with less or lighter covers.

Also, I'd like to say that the people at OvernightMattress are great. They are polite and always answer any questions. Delivery was the next day, although we do live fairly close to Overnight. When I had a problem with the charges from a finance company (not Overnight), they were right there with ""who to contact"" and ""if they don't help you, let US know.""

I want to thank Overnightmattress.com for their great service and great product. Your service personnel are so friendly and helpful..I was such a joy dealing with them! My husband and I have had our memory foam mattress for over 20 years..it was time to get a new bed. I must admit, I was scared to death to get a new bed and had put it off for a while. My old mattress was so old the cover had rips in the material and two dug out holes where my husband and I laid. We could not sleep all night and woke up sore and tired. I found your website by accident, and became enthralled with the prices and the rave reviews of the customers that had posted reviews. I ordered the Cool Bamboo California King medium to firm...and I worried myself nearly sick about how it all would come out. We got the bed and foundation..and it went together well, then we got the mattress out of the box and my daughter saw how flat and compact it was and said "how the heck are you all going to sleep on that?" Then I was scared again! So we laid it out on the bed and cut the plastic open and it happened!!! The bed started making a hissing sound, sucking up air and inflating...it was unbelievable!!!! We started hollering and feeling how soft it was...we were a funny sight last night I tell you... In a matter of minutes it was puffed up and I couldn't get the sheets on it fast enough! Everybody in the house was trying to lay on it. Well let me tell you! That is the best nights sleep I have had in years, my husband said that's the first night in forever he didn't wake up in the middle of the night and his back didn't hurt....we are sold! I have gone on facebook and told everybody I know that if they need a bed..go there first! Then I emailed other friends!!! Hello. My wife and I have been extremely pleased with our mattress purchase, especially considering what we paid. Compared with other memory foam options yours has been an extraordinary value. I would have liked to have been able to try the various firmness options before buying; I think a slightly firmer mattress would have suited me more. My wife says I'm being crazy and is perfectly happy with what we got. I will say that it does stay cool and is really well made, and your company has been a pleasure to deal with.

On a different note, I am in the military and am now stationed overseas. Our mattress did not accompany us here and we're finding that we miss it. We purchased the Purchased the King - Cool Bamboo Memory Foam mattress along with the VersiFlex® Foundation - King 8"" approximately 7 mos. ago. I did my research and read reviews and checked out prices from many sites as well as retail outlets. We had a tradtional double-pillow top spring mattress that had a 30 year warranty. I could not be happier with the mattress that I purchased several months ago from Overnightmattress.com. Delivery was fast, and set-up was a breeze. The most important thing, though, is its Extreme Comfort. I bought the mattress for our guest room. I usually sleep on a Tempurpedic mattress with my husband. However, due to having had surgery, and then having a long cold, I have spent quite a few nights on the new mattress. My report is that it's every bit as comfortable as the Tempurpedic under ideal weather conditions. Hello Overnight Mattress!

We are extremely happy with our mattress and look forward to many years of comfort. Our mattress arrived promptly, and my daughter and I were able to get it out of the box and upstairs. I definitely recommend putting the mattress - still in the plastic - on your box springs before opening, but once you do open it, it quickly assumes the proper shape. Our mattress was odorless and ready for use quite quickly.

Some of my friends who also have a similar type of mattress complain that they get ""too hot"" in the summer, but that is not the case with our mattress! With that great eco-friendly bamboo covering (which is soft and strong, by the way) we find that temperature is not at all an issue.

I would (and have) recommend your company to anyone in search of a great, affordable mattress.

About two weeks ago I purchased your Cool Bamboo memory foam mattress. I have been wrestling with the notion of a memory foam mattress for about a year now and have to say that your price was really within my budget, and your guarantee and return policy seemed second to none. Okay on to the compliments; I have been having headaches and neck pain for the past 3 months now. They are on and off and sometimes persist for 4 days or more. I became more and more frustrated, and eventually went in to see the doctor, as I knew something just was not right. The day before I went in to see my doctor, I ordered your medium-firm mattress mainly due to your return policy. I must warn you, that you would probably have to break down my door and pry it away from me to get it back now! I have to say that I have not had any pain, tightness, etc. since the 1st day of sleeping on your product. I can't believe it myself, I thought at the very least it may take a couple of weeks for my body to recover and get acclimated to the mattress. I have tried recruiting family and friends, but it is an expensive INVESTMENT. I am glad to have invested in my health and well-being now and would recommend to anyone. I know as a company you cannot guarantee for everyone's aches and pains to go away, but by all means take them up on their 120 day trial offer. For what I have overcome I would gladly have paid twice what I did! Thank you so much for such a wonderful product, it has absolutely blown the doors off of my expectations. Just make sure you research into what type of firmess and support your may need, it was crucial to my situation. Lastly, and I mean this as a compliment, be careful if you are not an extremely motivated person, my bed is now so comfortable that it takes all my will power to get up and get going.
