• Includes shipping with UPS Ground (within contiguous U.S. only).
• Ship the NEXT business day when ordered before 12AM Midnight EST (Mon - Fri, excluding holidays, when in stock).

Estimated Shipping Times

Typical shipping times for our ground service range from 1 - 5 business days. A signature is required for all deliveries unless specified differently when checking out, or requested by email after placing your order. If you miss the first delivery, it will be attempted 2 more times. You may also sign the delivery slip after the initial attempt to request delivery with no signature. After a total of 3 attempts, the item(s) will be held at the local UPS Station for pickup at your convenience.

Stock

We do our very best to keep all items listed on the site in-stock at all times. If an item becomes out of stock during the time you submit your order for processing, we will attempt to contact you (by phone and email) immediately after receiving your order, to give you an estimated time for delivery. If this time does not meet your needs, you may simply cancel your order with no fee.

Memory Foam Mattress Packaging - What to Expect

Every memory foam mattress is compressed and rolled in our factory in Tennessee. They are usually packaged the same day or one day before they are shipped. The Basic, Premier, Cool-MAX®, Cool Bamboo, Goose Down and Bamboo Breeze memory foam mattress come pre-assembled in one box (approximately 18" x 18" x 42"). The Aloe Vera and Bamboo Royale mattresses come in two separate boxes. The inner support foam core (9" thick) comes in one box and the zip-on quilted cover and memory foam topper comes in the second box. The only assembly with these two models involves zipping the topper layer to the base layer. It's as simple as that!

Because of the high density and premium quality of both the visco memory foam and M-Grade base foam used in all foam mattresses, they rebound to their original size within minutes of opening. Other compressed memory foam mattresses can take several days before they are ready for use. When ordering from Overnight Mattress, you can rest assured that your new memory foam bed will be ready to sleep on almost immediately.
