What is your return policy?


We, at Overnightmattress.com, are so confident in our mattresses that we offer 120 night in-home trial to make sure you love it. This is a great way for you to try it out before you commit to anything; but, what seperates us from everyone else is what wil happen if you want to return your mattress. If you decide this mattress is not for you, we will pay all shipping costs to get your mattress back to us. This way, you have absolutely nothing to risk!! What items may be returned?


All mattresses and foundations may be returned within the 120 Night In-Home Trial period.


Do you charge a restocking fee?


No, we do not charge restocking fees unless you do not follow the simple steps mentioned under the section "What do I need to do to return a mattress?".


What will happen if I want to cancel my order?


Overnightmattress.com processes and ships orders faster than any other mattress company. If you place an order before 2:00 pm EST, it will be shipped out the same day (unless the item is backordered, in which case you will be notified right away). Because of this quick turn-around time, it is very difficult to stop an order once it has been created. If you decide to cancel, please call our Customer Service at 1-888-883-6251, and we'll see what can be done.


What do I need to do to return a mattress?


In order to return your mattress and avoid any unnecessary fees, you must follow these simple steps to prepare your return.

1. Call Customer Service at 1-888-883-6251 to receive an RMA (Return Merchansise Authorization) number

2. Cover the mattress with a plastic mattress bag

3. Place the mattress and bag in a cardboard mattress box

4. Attach a copy of your Sales Invoice to the box

5. Write the RMA number on the Sales Invoice

Following these steps will help to ensure the product arrives back to our facility in good condition, and it lets us know who the return came from. Please make sure there are no open areas in the box that are not taped and sealed very well. If any of these steps are not taken, you may be charged up to a 50% fee of the original purchase price.


How do I need to package the product to return it?


This is very important. If the mattress is not packaged correctly when returning it, you may be charged up to a 50% return of the original purchase price. This packaging will help to ensure that we receive the product back in good condition. You must place the mattress in a plastic mattress bag, and then into a cardboard mattress box. In order to find the right type of box, contact your local box store and find out what is available. Make sure all areas of the box are taped and sealed very well to prevent damage during shipping. Finally, the Sales Invoice and RMA number must be included with the returned shipment. You can receive this RMA number from Customer Service at 1-888-883-6251.


What will happen if I refuse delivery?


If you refuse delivery and the mattress is not damaged, the product will be returned to us. These refused orders will be subject to round trip shipping charges before a refund is issued.


What if the product is damaged during shipping?


If you receive a damaged product, please call Customer Service at 1-888-883-6251 right away. We will arrange for your mattress to be picked up and brought back to our facility. As soon as we receive the damaged product, we will send your replacement to you.
