Mattress Return Policy
All memory foam mattresses (except the Basic 7") purchased directly from OvernightMattress.com may be exchanged or returned under our 120-Night Risk Free In-Home Trial, as follows:
- If you decide to return your PureBliss mattress, we pay for the return shipping and you receive a full, 100% mattress refund, with no restocking fees (in the contiguous U.S. only). There is an outbound shipping charge of $199 built into the price of each mattress that is non-refundable, should you decide to return it.
- You may initiate a mattress return only after 30 days from Invoice.
- You may exchange your mattress at any time during the 120 Nights.
- In the event of an exchange, we will ship your replacement mattress or component (i.e. topper, mattress covering) first, and will expect you to have the original mattress repacked and ready for pickup within 15 days. You will be asked to pay for the replacement/exchange item prior to shipping the product. Upon receipt of the returned item to our warehouse, this charge will be refunded within two weeks.
- We will cover the cost of shipping (within the contiguous U.S. only) on the first exchange only. However, there is no limit to the number of exchanges during the 120 Nights (with the customer paying for RT shipping on subsequent exchanges).
- Mattresses must be returned in good, clean condition (no hair, stains or other foreign material) allowing us to donate returned mattresses to charity.
- You are responsible for repacking the mattress and for finding the necessary re-packing materials (i.e. plastic bags, boxes, packing tape etc). We do not expect you to compress, or put the mattress back in the original box. Free boxes can often be found at appliance and furniture stores. We do not cover the cost of these packing materials if free options cannot be found. After submitting a Mattress Exchange/Return Form, you will receive additional instructions by email including an RMA number (Return Number).
- The entire mattress (zippered cover, inner foam, etc) must be returned as one complete unit or package, unless arranged differently by your Returns Representative.
- This Mattress Return Policy only applies to your first mattress purchase. In the event of a return or exchange of any subsequent mattress purchase, you will be responsible for paying all shipping charges.
- If you order the incorrect size mattress and would like to exchange for a different size, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping charges to exchange the mattress.
- We reserve the right to fully refund the purchase price of the mattress without picking up the mattress from your home.
- This policy applies to all standard sizes (not custom sizes - RV mattresses are returnable under the 120-Night Trial period, but will incur a 30% Return Processing fee) of PureBliss mattresses: Twin, Twin-XL, Full, Queen, King & Cal-King. (PLEASE see "Other Items - Return Policy" below.)

Repacking your mattress for return:
After submitting your Mattress Exchange/Return Form and receiving your RMA number, please do the following:- Place the mattress in a plastic bag.
- Place the mattress in a cardboard box. Alternatively, you may piece together several large boxes. Make sure all seams are securely closed with packing tape.
- Email (or call) your Returns Representative, and provide them with the dimensions of your mattress box (Length, Width & Height). Give the Representative two optional dates for a pick-up and if a morning or afternoon schedule is best. They will schedule the return and email you the return labels.
- Print out and securely tape the return label (Bill of Lading) to the box (one on each side). Keep a copy for yourself and one for the truck driver.
Free or Promo Items - Return Policy
If your mattress comes with a free Bedpack, pillows, or other promotional items, these must be returned in the packaging with
your mattress. There will be no additional fees charged for the return of any promotional item that was included free with
purchase. If you decide to keep the items, the retail price of the item(s) will be deducted from your refund.
Other Items - Return Policy
- Custom Size and Clearance Bin mattresses may not be returned.
- Foundations: Versiflex foundations and Pragma platform foundations may be returned within the first 30 days and will be assessed a 10% Return Processing fee. Foundations returns are only accepted in the original box and must include all of the original parts in order to receive the full refund, minus the 10% fee. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges (via FedEx at the lower ONM rate).
- Pillows, Sheets, Bedpacks: Unopened, unused Sheets, Pillows and Bed Packs may be returned within 30 days of Invoice, when purchased separately. They will, however, incur a 20% restocking fee and roundtrip shipping charges. When purchased with a mattress, these items may be returned within 120 days of Invoice. Once opened, we cannot accept returns of any Pillows, Sheets or Bedpacks (unless included free with purchase).
- Memory Foam Toppers: All memory foam toppers (purchased separately) may be returned within 30 days of Invoice, and will be assessed a 20% Return Processing fee. Our 120-Night Risk Free Trial does not apply to the purchase of memory foam toppers (because their performance is dependent on the surface on which they're placed). In the event of an exchange or a return, the customer is responsible for paying the roundtrip shipping charges.
Do you charge restocking fees?
No fees of any kind are charged in the event of a PureBliss mattress return. RV sizes will incur a 30% Return Processing Fee.

What will happen if I want to cancel my order?
Overnightmattress.com processes and ships orders very quickly. If you place an order before 12:00 Midnight EST, it will be
shipped out the next day (unless the item is not in stock, in which case you will be notified by email or phone). Because of
this quick turn-around time, it is very difficult to stop an order once it has been created. If an order has been shipped,
it cannot be cancelled and our Refused Delivery Policy will apply (below).
What will happen if I refuse delivery?
If you refuse delivery and the mattress is not damaged, the product will be returned to us. These refused orders will be subject
to round trip shipping charges before a refund is issued. There is no restocking fee assessed.
What if the product is defective or damaged during shipping?
If you receive a mattress or other product from FedEx and the box is damaged to the extent that
the contents are compromised, DO NOT open the box. PLEASE call us immediately. We will
determine if you can go ahead and unpack the item or if it needs to be returned via FedEx.
If after opening your box(es) you discover a defective or damaged product, please call Customer
Service on our Toll-Free number immediately after delivery. The defect or damage will be noted
on your account, and at our expense, we will arrange for your item to be picked up. If you can
send digital pictures of the damage, we would appreciate it. As soon as we receive and inspect
the defective/damaged item, we will immediately ship your replacement.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
If you choose to return or refuse delivery of an item, your refund will be processed in 4 to 6 weeks from the time we receive
the product in our facility. Any refund due in the event of an exchange will be processed in 1 to 2 weeks from the time we
receive the item. To expedite your refund, please follow the necessary steps found in our
Mattress Return Policy.
