Typical shipping times for our FREE ground service range from 1 - 5 business days. We are able to reach most of the continental US within 2 - 3 business days, NM, AZ and CA in 4 days and remote areas of MT, OR and ID in 5 business days.

We do our very best to keep all items listed on the site in-stock at all times. If an item becomes out of stock durring the time you submit your order for processing, we will attempt to contact you (by phone and email) immediately after recieving your order, to give you an estimated time for delivery. If this time does not meet your needs, you may simply cancel your order with no fee.

memory foam mattresses has a 120 night money back guarantee. If after 30 days, you are unhappy with your new
memory foam mattress for any reason, just call our toll free number at 888-883-6251 and either request to exchange for a different mattress (Limit of 1 exchage) or for your money back. If you decide you would rather have your money returned, we will issue you a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. All you will need to do is ship your
memory foam mattress back in original condition, including the original pick ticket shipped with your product, along with a brief explanation for the return and you will recieve a 100% refund of the purchase price. Please make sure to call for an RMA number before shipping the mattress back, otherwise you may not be eligible for a refund.
