If you find a cheaper price on a comparable memory foam mattress within your 120-night comfort trial, we will beat their price by 10% and refund you the difference. This Guarantee may be applied at the time of purchase, or any time during the 120-Night In Home Trial period. What we compare: We will compare all components of the similar mattress, inside and out. We will compare the price of the entire order, including shipping, to determine the total price for comparison. The competitor's return policy will also be compared to ours. For example: If the competitive site has no return policy, or does not give refunds, we will match their policy (and this new policy will be applied to your adjusted order).

All orders that have a Best Price Guarantee applied will be shipped via UPS Ground and all items must be in stock. Free gifts, samples or other promotions will not be included, and may not be combined with our Best Price Guarantee offer. Best Price orders may take an additional 24 hours to process. Typical shipping times for our ground service range from 2 - 5 business days.

A signature is required for all UPS deliveries unless marked differently on the final checkout page. If you miss your "signature required" delivery, it will be attempted 2 more times. You may also sign the delivery slip after the initial attempt to request delivery with no signature. After a total of 3 attempts, the item(s) will be held at the local UPS Station for pickup at your convenience.

Stock

We do our best to keep all mattresses and foundations on the site in stock at all times. If an item becomes out of stock during the time you submit your order for processing, we will contact you (by phone and email) to give you an estimated time for delivery. If this time does not meet your needs, you may cancel the order with no fee.
