3" Memory Foam
Just beneath each cover, TruCell memory foam responds to your body temperature and weight, reducing pressure points and creating the perfect blend of softness and support for less tossing and turning and improved circulation. TruCell, our High-Performance temperature smart visco elastic memory foam, was designed to withstand the long term effects of heat and moisture - a major cause of body impressions. Unlike the knock-offs and imports, our specialized formulas have passed strict laboratory tests designed just for bedding. The TruCell visco elastic memory foam has a 4.0 lb density and an ILD of 8 - 14. TruCell combines the perfect blend of density and comfort - Comfort That Holds True.
There were three common objectives in deciding on the best memory foam for our mattresses: heat dissipation, odor elimination, and cradling effect.
Dissipates Heat
The most common complaint with memory foam mattresses in general is that it can sometimes make a person feel warmer. Memory foam is very dense foam, making it harder for heat to escape. The more dense the foam, the less air flow for heat to escape. To overcome this problem, we use TruCell memory foam, which has an open-cell structure. The open-cell structure allows heat to escape and air to flow around the body, creating a more comfortable sleeping environment.
Unlike other open-cell structure memory foam, our proprietary chemical formulation translates into a more temperature neutral foam where heat is not allowed to build up. The engineering team met the challenge of addressing consumer comfort by inventing foam chemistry solely for eliminating the natural tendencies of heat associated with memory foam.
It is a fact that we use the coolest memory foam made by anyone. This has to do entirely with the shape of the molecules in the memory foam. There is no molecular shape that could dissipate heat better, and this molecular shape is patented. Though many other memory foam manufacturers advertise "cool memory foam", none dissipate heat as well as this memory foam. Through lab tests, other memory foam can pull heat and air side to side fairly well. However, other foams cannot pull heat and air well from top to bottom, which is what's most important. It is important for heat to be able to move down into the mattress so it can be pulled away from your body.
This memory foam feels cool to the touch. If fact, when placing your hand between two pieces of TruCell memory foam, you can actually feel the heat being pulled away from your hand.
Odorless
Another common complaint with most memory foam mattresses is the odor. Typically, more dense foams, like memory foam, have a stronger odor because there is a higher concentration of material packed into a given space. Fresh Foam Technology used in TruCell memory foam alleviates odors associated with new memory foam. TruCell visco is "virtually odorless" visco foam because of the new proprietary chemistry of the open-cell structure, allowing it to breathe much easier. In addition, our TruCell memory foam will continue to eliminate odors through the use of activated carbon. It's the same type of material found in premium air filters and other odor filtration devises.
Cradling Effect
Strut reinforcing cellular technology (SRT) provides strength in the cell structure unsurpassed in the industry. SRT made its debut in the spring of 2005. This technology serves two purposes. The first is that it overcomes the cradling effect that many people find to be a nuisance when trying to roll over at night. TruCell memory foam fills in behind you as you turn in bed much quicker than most other memory foams. The second purpose SRT technology serves is that because the walls of the memory foam cells are reinforced, or stronger, it holds up much longer than any other memory foam of the same density on the market.
9" Support Foam
The base foam used under the TruCell memory foam is M-Grade support foam. M-Grade foam was created specifically for bedding, unlike the very common HR (high resiliency) foams that most bedding manufacturers use, which is also used in furniture and upholstery products. Laboratory tests show that body impressions in a mattress are caused less by weight than what was always previously believed. Tests have shown that salts and moisture from the body actually break down traditional foams, leaving body impressions. M-Grade foam holds up remarkably better in these conditions than any other polyurethane foam currently on the market that has been tested. What does this mean for you? It means a much longer lasting mattress.
This base foam also uses Strut reinforcing cellular technology (SRT). This provides strength in the cell structure, which helps to prolong the life of the foam. You'll notice when you open the mattress for the first time, which will be compressed into a smaller box, the support foam rebounds back to its' original size within seconds. This cannot be said for most any other foam on the market. This is due to the quality of the foam and the reinforced cell structure.
Support Foam Specifications
Base foam or support foam is equally as important to the comfort of the mattress as the memory foam is. The density of the base foam will determine how long the mattress will last, and the firmness will determine the amount of support it gives your body. The M-Grade base support foam has a density of 2.1 lb and an ILD of 32. Typically, average mattresses have support foams with densities ranging from 1.5 lb to 1.8 lb, 1.8 lb being for nicer mattresses. It's rare to find mattresses with base foams more dense (or better quality) than this. Please keep this in mind as you compare our prices to those of our competition.

Soy Based Foam
The Preserve® foam used in our mattresses comes from Hickory Springs Manufacturing Company, based
in Hickory, NC. In 2005 they announced the introduction of a breakthrough foam product that reduces
reliance worldwide on non-renewable petrochemical resources in foam manufacturing. This latest
development came at a time of rising petroleum prices and concerns about raw material availability.
This new product marked the Company's first foray into the creation of a flexible polyurethane foam
that replaces a portion of its petrochemical-based ingredients with a reactive material made from a
sustainable, renewable resource, while providing cushioning that is comparable, if not better, in terms
of quality and performance, to oil-based foam formulas on the market today.
Health & Safety
The health and safety of our products is much more important to us than having the cheapest price.
There are many chemicals used in low end mattresses and imported memory foam mattresses that have
been proven harmful. We have chosen Hickory Springs as our foam supplier because of their stance on
health and the environment. With Preserve® foam, Hickory Springs has successfully replaced 30% of the
petrochemical-derived polyol with a bio-based polyol made from soy beans.
The Company’s six foam plants were among the first in the nation to eliminate the use of CFC’s and methylene chloride as auxiliary blowing agents. Hickory Springs has cooperated with consultants hired by the United Nations to assist Third World countries’ cessation of CFC use in the production of flexible polyurethane foam. According to anecdotal evidence only, the use of CFC is common in foam product in China and other Asian countries where the black market for CFCs thrives.
Based on health concerns, Hickory Springs was also an industry leader in the eliminations of PDBE for fire retardants. Based on alarming studies of bioaccumulation in human tissue and negative reports from the European Community, Hickory Springs initiated its own review of PBDE findings and set a goal to remove this product, which had been the industry’s workhorse fire retardant since the mid-1980s. An article that appeared in the LA Times in October 2003 highlighted this effort (see link) and further illustrated Hickory Springs’ role as an industry leader.

CertiPUR Certification
Hickory Springs was the first domestic foam producer to qualify foam for the CertiPUR-US program. The
CertiPUR-US certification process involves intense foam assessment, including VOC testing and chemical
breakdown analysis. It also involves signed affirmation that CertiPUR-US-prohibited ingredients, such as
ozone-depleting CFCs, PBDE fire retardants, lead, mercury and other materials of concern, are not being
utilized in the foaming process.
Hickory Springs is one of several founding members of the CertiPUR-US program, which was officially introduced by the Polyurethane Foam Association in 2007 and is now operated by the Alliance of Flexible Polyurethane Foam, Inc. (AFPF), of which Hickory Springs VP Bobby Bush is chairman.

We've slept well on this mattress for a month or so and it's been great! I recommend this mattress to all our friends, family, and co-workers when they ask about it.
Oh, and it's a very thick mattress, so be prepared to "climb" into bed each night!

I wanted to give myself plenty of time to accurately evaluate my purchase. My wife had been complaining of back and hip pain and had resolved herself to the idea that our old spring mattress was the cause. I had no reason to argue because I had been wanting a memory foam mattress for quite some time anyway and I wasn't getting the best night's sleep either. Since we were making a purchase for the long haul, we went with the most luxurious mattress we could find and afford. I shopped a couple of local mattress stores, big box retailers, and even on line and settled on Overnight Mattress. The quality associated with price seemed to be the best overall value for the money. For us, it was the correct choice.
The mattress seems to be made of very high quality materials. The bamboo mattress topper is very nice. Its the softest, plushest fabric I have ever felt. When we received it, we had no problem opening up the box and allowing it to expand due to having to wait on new sheets that would fit such a deep mattress. We kind of rolled around on it for a few days. When our sheets did get here, we immediately assembled the mattress frame and promptly moved the mattress to our bedroom. Since the first night, I have loved it. My wife took a couple of weeks to adjust, but now loves the mattress. We just came back from vacation and were ecstatic about getting back to our bed.
A few questions that I had when doing the research before I bought a foam mattress that I wanted to expound on. 1) Is memory foam really hot to sleep on? Answer: This mattress has not been. We bought the waterproof mattress cover that they sell as an add-on. Its hot. It is kind of plastic-y on the bottom and seems to trap heat. We put our old mattress cover (which barely fit the deep mattress) back on and the bed cooled down considerably. We also adjusted the heat and AC in our house to make it cool during the night, which helps as well. 2) Does a foam mattress really help joint and back pain? My wife says that she sleeps the best she has ever slept and her hips and back do not hurt when she gets up in the morning. She sleeps more soundly and seems to be in a better mood throughout the day! 3) Does it really absorb the movements of the other person? YES! I move constantly at night and it would always frustrate my wife. She now doesn't bother me when I move and don't bother her while she sleeps.
All in all, I would give this mattress 5 out of 5 stars. I would give the bed frame a good solid 4.5 stars out of 5. Its solid but a bit cumbersome to put together. And I would give the waterproof mattress cover 2 out of 5 due to it making the bed hot. Its a finely made item, but its hot and I can't sleep when I'm hot.
If you are thinking about a foam mattress, consider this company. It has been a very good purchase for my wife and I. I think I'll be ordering a twin size pretty soon due to our youngest son's love of our mattress. Whatever it takes to move him on out!

After receiving the mattress and finding out it would not fit into our RV I contacted Vladimir and explained the problem. He told me to return the mattress and to get a California queen instead. The first mattress was financed through GE and the the second mattress was added to the total with the promise to credit back the cost of the first one when they received it back. The first maturest was received by overnight on 4/8/11 and yet as of today 4/13/11 have not received credit on my account with GE. The comfort of the mattress is unbeatable for comfort and dealing with Vladimir was great, just hope a credit will be coming soon.
Customer Name: Kalea Location: Conroe, TX I purchased the Cool Bamboo in January of 2011 for my toddler's room. It is now March of 2011. I had two reasons for doing so. One reason was because he needed a mattress and the other reason was because I want a new mattress for my own room and thought this would be a good way to try it to find out how I like memory foam. I live in Texas so it took about 3 or 4 business days to arrive. It was a cinch to set up. My son's bed frame was the slat board type with about 1 to 2 inches between slats so I decided to go ahead and put a solid piece of plywood over that to support the mattress. The foam topper required some adjustment and that was a cinch too. Simply unzip the cover, adjust topper and zip back up! The memory foam odor was noticeable and took about a month or so to go away. It was not something that kept us from sleeping on it. I think that if you can keep the windows open and the mattress uncovered for several days the odor might dissipate more quickly. It is very comfortable. I noticed that if I sleep in my son's room I do not wake up with my usual stiffness related to chronic neck and upper back pain. The mattress topper is perfect -- not too soft and not too firm. My next purchase will be a king size Bamboo Royale for the master bedroom. There is no way I'd spend thousands more on the more popular and heavily advertised national brand!

I bought the 15'' Bamboo Royale, I had my doubts about buying a bed online but the 120 night trial made it easier. I am 26 yr old and I have really bad back pain. When my husband and I received our new bed we put it together and couldn't wait to sleep on it but we did what the instructions told us to. So that night when we laid down to go to bed I could feel the pressure just leaving my back. I know it sounds crazy but I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The bed has enough support but is very soft and it just cuddles your body. That night I fell asleep in half the time it usually takes, and my husband said that I didn't toss and turn at all. HELP! I'm not able to get my family out of bed. Ever since we loaded our home with the new mattresses from Overnight Mattress my whole family doesn't want to get out of bed. My husband and I ordered the Bamboo Royal King with the medium firmness. I had researched and looked for the best mattress spec with the most reasonable price. We are so pleased with the support this mattress gives and in particular, the wonderful sleep we are experiencing. This mattress has helped to minimize the issues I have had with my back. Before the Bamboo Royal, I could only stand to be in bed until early morning. Now, I do not experience any discomfort. Sometimes I find myself wanting to stretch out on the bed during the day because it really feels that good! I don't have any problem getting to bed at night. We realized with this new bed that perhaps our young adult daughters, both are athletes, may need to change out their pillow tops for a better night's sleep with the Cool Max. They have had their new mattresses for about a week now and both report that they sleep wonderfully. Both claim that they are waking without any stiffness or aches. Both are in college and I am worried they will miss their classes because they don't want to get out of bed! I watched the tracking updates and knew when my mattress was shipped. I was able to track it right to my front door. Unfortunately the memory foam topper was lost by fed-ex in shipping. I opened a complaint with fed-ex so they would begin to search for the missing package. I then called the Overnight Mattress customer service and spoke with a gentleman that looked up the shipping info and seen my mattress topper was lost between GA and AL. He then called the warehouse while he was on the phone with me and had them ship out another memory foam topper the same day.
I received my new topper with in five days. The foundation was very easy to put together, the mattress foam went effortlessly into the cover. The mattress expanded very rapidly. I could not wait the minimum 12-24 hours to sleep on my new mattress. In the first 2 days I felt fine after waking, but the next week was one of neck, shoulder and back pain. After that week, I was able to sleep comfortably. I even got to sleep in a couple of mornings. Now I don't seem to have pain when I wake in the morning. Let's hope this continues through out the life of my mattress.

She noticed after the first night that she was better and now it's gone. At first we had a mattress pad on the mattress and we both thought the mattress was too hot. After talking to one of your customer reps, we removed the mattress pad and now it's no longer too hot. The mattress pad was defeating the purpose of the bamboo covering of the mattress. Didn't let it breathe. By the way, your customer reps and sales people are top notch. Very friendly, willing to help, and really know their stuff. We purchased a set of 100% bamboo sheets off Ebay and now we have the perfect combination what with the mattress and the sheets. When I first opened the boxes to assemble the foundation, I thought you had forgotten to pack the hardware (bolts, etc.). Wss kind of peeved. Then I unpacked the memory foam pad and they were rolled up inside it. You might want to include a notice in the packing noting this. I scrambled around town trying to find the right sized bolts before I found yours. All in all, very satisfied.

The customer service was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately I had some trouble with the delivery of my mattress. I ordered it right before the New Year and was told it would be delivered to my new apartment in my new city. They were out of mattress covers which delayed my shipping process, I was not informed of this and ended up sleeping on the floor for about week. Once the shipment was sent out (the foundation, the mattress and the topper) there were further delays with the shipping because of inclimate weather in my area. That was FedEx's problem though, not OM. But I am happy to report that after all of that the mattress was worth it.
Neal and Vladimir were absolutely wonderful. Neal was my initial contact. He helped me complete my order quickly and was very professional and polite. Actually he was just down right sweet and wonderful! I later spoke to Vladimir, he was patient and kind to me. When the time came for me to construct my mattress and foundation, my husband (who is active duty in the military) was away for training and I didn't know when he was coming home. This meant I was on my own to get the bed constructed. I watched the Youtube video to help me put the mattress and topper together,correctly. I was excited to learn that the star of the youtube video was Vladimir!
After seeing the video Vladimir told me constructing the foundation was easy enough for me to do alone and he was so right!!! I am so proud of myself for builiding the foundation for our king size bed all by myself. I was going to wait for my husband to come home but I did it without him and it was nice for him to just be able to sleep in the bed after all of his training.
Vladimir was so nice when I called back during the construction of the foundation. He answered my questions and told me to call back if I had questions about anything else.
My husband loves the mattress as well. He is a bit of a hot body and complained the mattress was hot but I explained the mattress is designed to keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. He responded "I don't want to be kept warm." He then turned down the heat in our home and was fine. He told me he doesn't think he has ever gone to sleep and woken up in the same position. It is a wonderful thing we got used to, neither of us toss and turn at all.

I went in to the process with a fair amount of skepticism that you can actually order a mattress online. I had numerous conversations with Vladimir before I made my purchase because I had certain expectations that needed to be met or I knew we would not be happy. We owned a soft pillow-top mattress before and my wife prefers a very soft mattress. After a few conversations with Vladimir, we ordered a king-sized Bamboo Royale because that was their top of the line mattress that had the softest pillow top.
The mattress arrived in good condition and we set it up the end of December. No problems at all in setting it up. We were told to give it 30 days to get used to sleeping on it. The first few days was very difficult especially for my wife. She said her hips hurt and she felt like she was sleeping on cement. It didn't feel quite that strong about it but there was no doubt there was a difference in firmness between our last mattress. Even though our old mattress was 15 years old and sagging, it was very soft and the Bamboo Royale is firmer even tho I am sure many would consider it to be a soft mattress. I have waited now almost 30 days to see if we would adjust to the new firmness. I would have to say we have adjusted some to it but my wife still complains that it is too firm for her and wishes that we have not purchased the mattress.
The other complaint my wife has is that the mattress is too hot at night. The last week she has not complained but it has also been extremely cold from being in the dead of winter. I am hoping when it gets warmer out that the mattress won't be overly hot. I know that memory foam mattresses have a reputation for this and I may have to look at options of keeping the mattress cooler in warmer months.
Vladimir did mention to me that the softness/firmness could be adjusted so I am hoping that something can be done to make the mattress softer. I will find out after a conversation with Vladimir in the near future. If nothing can be done then I may have to consider returning the mattress.
I will follow through on this review in the near future after talking with Vladimir and Overnight Mattress.

After reviewing mattresses on line for some time I finally leaned towards Overnight Mattress. It's clear that Overnight Mattress is interested in selling good quality product and delivering customer satisfaction. I worked with a sale representative name Vladimar and not only did he point me in the right direction, but he met my accommodations for delivery. After receiving the mattress and sleeping on it the first couple of days I wasn't convinced that I made the right decision. But after about a week the mattress proved to be worth the money. I used to not be able to sleep in and it was always difficult to get out of bed. I take a significant amount of medicine to combat the pain on a daily basis, but since I've been sleeping on this mattress, I have been able to reduce my dosage, sleep in, get out of bed easily, and live a better life in general.
Not only am I impressed with the comfort of the mattress, but also the engineering that went into making it and keeping it in the USA. I was surprised to receive boxes that were a fraction of the size of the mattress and foundation, but after opening it up I understood that there was real thought in how to ship a mattress across country. I was told the assembly would take time, but it actually went together very easy and the quality of all of the components we top notch.
Although there are so many good reviews on their products, I hope that someone reads this and realizes that you're buying a top notch product that is very comfortable.

After suffering numerous days the past few months awakening to morning back pain and sleepless nights on my top of the line, 5 yr old traditional Sealy PosturePedic mattress, I finally decided to investigate all of the great things I have heard about memory foam mattresses. A couple years ago we bought a top-of-the line Sealy mattress hoping that we would finally get a good nights sleep. Wrong. We struggled for at least 2 years with no luck because everytime I moved my wife could feel each movement and it disturbed her sleep. A few months ago I decided to start looking into a "memory foam mattress". We went to Rooms to Go, Ashley, etc., and found what we thought we would like but I still was not satisfied with paying that kind of money and still not knowing if we would ultimately have a restful sleep.
I then started to look on line and discovered Overnight Mattress.com. I found other internet mattresss companies also but kept going back to OM.com. I settled on the king size Bamboo Royale and ordered it. BEST MOVE I EVER MADE!! The removable topper insert came first so I opened the box and let it air out. Both the topper and the main mattress come in a nice tight box where all the air has been removed from the mattress so it ships neatly. A couple days later the main mattress came and I quickly opened it and layed it out on my bed frame. OM recommends not sleeping on the bed for at least 24 hours so we took their advice even though we were so anxious to try out our new bed. We are so sold on this mattress that there will never be a going back to another box-spring type again.
We sleep better than we have ever slept and when I move my wife cannot feel me, My wife makes a statement almost every day..."I LOVE THIS BED". That tells it all! We have two small dogs that sleep with us too and what is so weird...they don't move all night. They are so comfortable they just stay in the same spot all night where in our old bed they tossed and turned about as much as we did. OM has a fantastic warranty but who would need it? Of course you are likely not going to get your be overnight but who cares. The rep I dealt with was professional and completely honest. I was fearful of the complaints on the bed being "hot". He recommended the Bamboo Royale and he was 100% correct. I can feel no difference in "heat". I cannot say enough good things about this company and this bed.

The roundtrip shipping expenses to Overnight Mattress will be at the customer's expense. Upon request, we can provide a list of competitively priced shipping companies that are capable of handling your warranty shipping needs. As a registered customer, you are automatically enrolled under our limited warranty, and no further warranty registration is required.What we will do:
- In the event that repair or replacement resulting from a defect is required, Overnight Mattress will repair or replace (at Overnight Mattress's option) the defective product or component at a cost to the original purchaser based on the previous tables. The "original purchase price" is the price of the defective product or component at the time the warranty claim is made, or the price of a comparable product or component if the original product or component is no longer in production. Overnight Mattress will forward replacement parts via its normal shipping method.
- Overnight Mattress reserves the right to substitute products or components of equal or better quality in the repair or replacement of any product under this limited warranty.
What will void this warranty:
- Tampering with or opening finished components of the warranted product.
- Misuse or abuse of the warranted product or component. Sale, transfer or other disposal of the warranted product or component.
- Overnight Mattress reserves the right to refuse to repair or replace any product or component that is returned in an unsanitary condition.
- This Limited Warranty applies only to the product as used in the United States.
- This Limited Warranty is non-transferable.
- Repair or replacement of a product or component under the terms of this Limited Warranty in no way lengthens the warranty.

Typical shipping times for our ground service range from 1 - 5 business days. For the estimated delivery time to your state, please view our Mattress Transit Times map. A signature is required for all deliveries unless specified differently when checking out, or requested by email after placing your order. If you miss the first delivery, it will be attempted 2 more times. You may also sign the delivery slip after the initial attempt to request delivery with no signature. After a total of 3 attempts, the item(s) will be held at the local FedEx Station for pickup at your convenience.

If an item becomes out of stock during the time you submit your order for processing, we will attempt to contact you (by phone and email) immediately after receiving your order, to give you an estimated time for delivery. Mattress Packaging - What to Expect
Every mattress is compressed and rolled in our factory in Tennessee. They are usually packaged the same day or one day before they are shipped. The mattresses come in two separate boxes and will be shipped seperately. The inner support foam core (9" thick) comes in one box with the zip-on quilted cover and foam topper comes in the second box. The only assembly involves inserting the topper layer to the top zipper chamber. It's as simple as that!
Because of the high density and premium quality of both the foam topper (memory foam, latex foam, or gel foam) and M-Grade base foam used in all foam mattresses, they rebound to their original size within minutes of opening. Other compressed foam mattresses can take several days before they are ready for use. When ordering from Overnight Mattress, you can rest assured that your new bed will be ready to sleep on almost immediately.

We do not provide the tape, plastic bags and cardboard boxes necessary for thorough repacking. In the event of a return, you do not need to fold or re-compress your bed.
