Important Information: Please read before unpacking your mattress

Before unpacking your mattress:

1. Please check your packing slip and the information printed on the box to make sure that the product you have received is the one that you ordered.
2. Assembly of a Bamboo Royale or Aloe Vera is demonstrated in this video. Both mattress models will arrive in two boxes. The first, and larger, box will contain the base and the covering system while the second will include the memory foam. Other mattress models will come fully assembled.

Unpacking Instructions:

1. Pull the mattress, in its plastic covering, out of the box. Please save the box.
2. The mattress roll will be held together by a stretch-wrap plastic. Unroll the mattress by unwinding and removing the stretch-wrap plastic.
3. Lay the mattress flat onto your foundation or platform and open the bag using scissors at the heat-sealed seam (being careful not to damage the mattress cover) - - preserving the large plastic bag.
4. Slide the bag off the mattress.
5. Place the bag in the box in case either item is needed later.
6. Your mattress will now begin to rebound to its original size. This may take anywhere from 30 minutes to 4 hours depending on the temperature of the foam and the room.
7. If you can allow your mattress to rest and breathe overnight, please do so. This will allow the mattress to come back to its full capacity without disruption.
8. It is safe to sleep on the mattress upon arrival, if necessary. This will not damage or impede the mattresses unfolding process.

Sleeping on your mattress/Questions during the first 30 days:

1. It is normal to experience some initial "new mattress" odor. This will usually dissipate within the first few hours. For those that may be more sensitive to the odor, please be assured that the components in our mattresses have passed the stringent requirements of CertiPUR, an independent testing laboratory.
2. Your mattress will go through a break-in process for approximately 30 days.
3. Only after 30 days, and up to 120 days, you may make an exchange of the memory foam component in any mattress (excluding the Cool Max®, Premier, and Basic).

Exchanging Your 3" Memory Foam Topper:

1. After the first 30 days, if you wish to have a memory foam topper with a different density, just give us a call at 888-883-6251. No Return Mattress Authorization (RMA) is required.
2. We will send you the new memory foam topper. When you receive it, remove the existing memory foam topper from the zippered chamber. Carefully fold it and set it aside. Remove the new topper from the box, place it in the top chamber of your mattress and zip closed.
3. Carefully place the original topper into the newly arrived box. Call us when it is ready to be picked up by FedEx and we will email you a label and the pick-up date.
4. Please be advised that there is no charge for the first exchange that is completed within the 30-120 day window.
5. Exchanged toppers must be returned in an as-new condition.
6. The returned topper needs to be sent back via FedEx within two weeks of the receipt of your new topper. Should there be a delay in its return, a charge will be placed on your account for the topper. Once it has been received, you will be credited back that charge. Some people do decide to keep both, please let us know if this is your intention.

Exchanging Covers: (Please follow the steps for Exchanging your Memory Foam Topper)

Exchanging a Mattress:

1. It is possible within the 120 nights to exchange your model mattress for another. If the 2nd mattress you select is priced lower, you will receive a credit. Otherwise, if it is a higher priced model, there will be a charge for the upgrade, equal to the difference between the mattresses.
2. The new mattress must be paid for in full before it will be shipped. When the original mattress has been returned (at our expense), you will be credited for that mattress.
3. The mattress must be returned within two weeks of the arrival of the new mattress.

Please Note:

Shredded memory foam pillows offered by ONM will be wrapped inside the mattress. Please look through the package before contacting us with questions. Additionally, if you ordered a foundation or other mattress accessory, those will be shipped directly to you from a different location via FedEx or UPS and may arrive a week to ten days from the date of your original order.
